Telemarketing & Lead Management

TeleWeb is a major telemarketing and lead management software system that supports 80+ telemarketing agents to record campaign results and publish leads for hundreds of customers via a web portal. TeleWeb automates the full lead gathering and publication cycle and provides feedback reports and lead tracking facilities. This project was particularly challenging as it required the controlled migration of hundreds of telemarketing campaigns stored in multiple Microsoft Access databases. As well as developing the software and web site, Datatrust also designed and implemented a migration strategy for the customer.

Production Order System

This system was developed for a multi-national design company to manage their product order process. The system is a web application built using the Tapestry Web Framework and the Firebird SQL Relational Database. These open source frameworks allowed us to meet the required budget while providing a modern sophisticated user interface. The system has a number of advanced reporting features including email notifications, export to PDF and save as Microsoft Excel Spreadsheets.

Agent Sales Tracking

This customer required a system to manage the reporting, tracking and invoicing of national supermarket campaigns with hundreds of agents reporting daily. Due to the complex commission requirements of the system it implements a historical database that tracks all data as it changes over time. The innovative AJAX-based user interface allows the user to set up future campaigns in an easy and intuitive manner.
